Under international rule of law is there credible evidence to justify the United States planned war against Iraq? Inspectors from the United Nations sent to find weapons of mass destruction have nothing to show for their efforts. Their report to the UN on January 27th was inconclusive, as were the charges made by Colin Powell before the UN on February 5th. No credible link has been established between Iraq and the terrorist group al-Qaida. Ignacio Ramonet comments.
