			Martin Peretz is the chief honcho of the Israel First "New Republic" magazine. On Jan. 10, 2003, he wrote, "The only thing the Palestinians have bestowed on civilization is terrorism." He totally ignored Zionism's terrorist past, and Ariel Sharon's campaign of state terrorism against unarmed Palestinians, which has been fully documented by Amnesty International, and others.

Of course, this means that Warren Buffet, consumate money launderer and second in wealth in the US only to Mr. William Gates, the very man that may have been at the heart of the play calling on September 11 (he was at least playing along), makes the machines the powerful fly in. 			Trade ministers from across the Western Hemisphere gathered in Quito, Ecuador from October 31-November 1 for the 2002 ministerial meeting on the proposed Free Trade Area of the Americas. 10,000 others gathered in Quito that weekend too, but in the streets to protest the FTAA. After tear gas and police intimidation, the protesters won a meeting to present their demands to the assembled trade ministers. U.S. media ignored these events. Rachel Coen reports.
