Pirate Ninja musical street fight/riot: A call to action
For hundreds of years, deep within the anarchist struggles throughout the world, a silent battle has been raging. But no more can we take this silence. The time has come to stand up, speak out, and fight for what we believe. We refuse to be intimidated into silence. We refuse to be invisible. We are sowing the seeds of a liberated future. We are pirates and ninjas, and the time has come for us to battle each other. Let's make history. November 8th: pirates, ninjas, swords, nunchucks, imaginary parrots and so much more. And why not do it as a dance? Why can't we perfectly choreograph our constant chants and marches? When we dance in the streets we would get more attention from everyone if it was full of impressive dance moves and jaunty singing! Come one come all, and see what a real "Off-Broadway" musical battle can be! (SUPERTWINKLE)
This street fight is about taking back our lives and our dance skills. Fuck the corporatization of art, music, dance, and beauty. Fuck the capitalist control of fun. We're taking to the streets to dance for our lives, and fight for our right to party. We're reclaiming public space for ourselves, for the people. We're fighting privitization and rocking out at the same time.
Why November 8th:
Why not? Every year we battle the state on someone else's terms. At mass mobilization after mass mobilization we take the streets to stop their meetings, or disrupt their police state. We don't need them. We don't need their dates. State smashing is a year round activity. What's it gonna be? Will you take to the streets anywhere, anytime, to change things?
