A national planning conference call was conducted the evening of October 27. This article summarizes who was on the call and what contingecy plans are being made.

No Stolen Elections: Plans from the Oct 27 National Conference Call
On the evening of October 27, 2004 a conference call was conducted across the Nation. I'm told that representatives of about 40 cities participated, including Baltimore. A month ago, the “No Stolen Elections” campaign seemed to be a flash in the eyes of a fairly small number of direct-action activists; now it has gone mainstream.
In addition to the participation of activists from numerous cities, the “No Stolen Elections” campaign includes the labor union AFL-CIO among others, the million-member internet-based organization MoveOn.org, the global justice organization Global Exchange, the civil liberties organization People for the American Way, Ben Cohen's True Majority and many others.
As in the call from Eminem's radical new video "Mosh," organizations have “set differences aside” and united in a force that is ready to be unleashed if Bush tries to steal the election... again.
Broad Strategy
Like any power, Bush's depends on institutional pillars of support, which rest on a base of legitimacy. If we remove that base of legitimacy, the power will tremble and fall of its own weight.
The National Plan
It's Simple: Millions in the streets of America at 12-Noon on November 3 to begin removing the base of legitimacy from the Bush regime. (In Baltimore, we will also converge at Center and N. Charles at 5:00pm).
The Process & Some Details:

+ A panel of our electoral experts will determine if the election was stolen. They hope to make that determination on Nov 2 during an 11:00pm conference call.
