What: Critical Mass

There are a lot of reasons to ride Critical Mass. Here's a few:

1. Annoy The Baltimore Sun. The Sun chose the Saturday of Artscape to publish some letters about Critical Mass. Why did they not pick another day? It seems likely that they do not want Baltimore's Critical Mass to get bigger.
   
2. Baltimore Police arresting bicyclists for no reason.
3. Baltimore is and has always been Bicycle Hell.
