"We have had many complaints about `strange, ugly, smelly, mohawked youth` urinating in the alleys, and thus we've been forced to do something about it. We apologize to the aforementioned youth if we were a bit brash, abrasive and violent about it, but that's what the good, rich people of Towson want" she said in an interview earlier today.
