Poverty and American Women

American women, who work, have long known that they bear the brunt of continued acceptance once they become injured on their jobs in America's new workforce economy.
POVERTY and AMERICAN WOMEN

The apparent scope and considered lost career objectives, as well as lost wage-earning capacity efforts cannot be overlooked by America's working women today when/if they beome injured from their jobs. For the last few decades, American women have become insidiously afflicted with Repetitive Stress Diseases (RSI) from overuse/overwork at computer terminals across America's heartland, and business/industry/government echelons are turning a blind eye to this havoc.
These diseases are the sum of a neurological component and death knell approach in the ever-diligent efforts of American workers to remain employed, despite the neo-cons' insistence to send excellent jobs overseas in a global tragedy that is impacting thousands daily. Despite the fact that RSI is generally job-related, it is totally unleashing a travesty across America, as it encompasses poverty-ridden issues resulting from its afflictions "on the job." Unfortunately, this issue is being overlooked in today's marketplace/working environments for most working American women.
Thus, the situation is long overdue for any purposeful, dignified venue to come forward and discuss, as well as rectify these abyssmal work measures considerably, esp. since so many FEDERALLY employed women are being subjected to America's newly designed POVERTY ranks on a daily basis--having once worked inside the quagmire of Uncle Sam!! As such, Uncle Sam refuses to acknowledge appropriate "work-styled" ergonomics for his labor workforce on a daily basis--esp. his working women!! As a result, many tenured, federally employed women are being systematically FIRED for workplace disability centering on RSI at this time. When Uncle Sam decides to annihilate, the rest of America's public/private business & industry operatives follow suit.
Across the board, working American women are being treated as expendability factors. Seemingly, toxic and inhumane working environments currently exist that rival any turn-of-the-century industrial "gulag" reminiscent of the early 1900's. High-end technological slavery abounds everywhere. Today, many former working women are also finding themselves in charity lines trying to sustain themselves and their families--which totally belies the efforts and legal focus frameworks written under the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. An appalling disregard for the efforts of America's working women is now being unleashed, esp. inside the Nation's Capital.
Right now, there exists a total definite distribution of wealth factor that is due to decidedly impact the female gender as the 21st Century approaches decade by decade--and there will be no bargaining power when working women fall victim to the ravages of Repetitive Stress Disease and lose their careers one by one. America is displaying a negligent stance in this regard, while the 'ol boy network compromises workplace ethics on a daily basis.
American women will never experience the full scope of asset accumulation and prosperity content allowed to them since the 1920's once they become afflicted. American women are in for an insidious rude awakening as to what their circumstances may truly become in this ventured IT paradise we have built for ourselves and our world today. Needless to say, if the past is any predictor, then this workplace disability phenomenon will impact all as never witnessed before, and America's working women will be found back in the genesis stature point again, building foundational focus for a serious epidemic that was discussed decades earlier in our nation's history. Thus, it is imperative that American women come "shoulder to shoulder" to offset the ultimate "modus operandi" now being showcased by the "power elite" to destroy our capacities to remain sufficient wage earners in the new global economy, as women become the scapegoats and ailing members inside America's new workforce.
Also, this issue will impact all future generations. Therefore, all of America's working women need to wake up and finally see the light, before it is too late for us and our next line of progeny to come.
