On Wednesday, March 10 6:30 - 8:30 pm five Colombian union leaders will speak in Fells Point. Show your support by attending.
This group has come to the United States to tell people about the situation in Colombia. They are all on death lists in Colombia. They are safe while they are in the States, but their families are in great danger while they are away. 20 Union leaders have been murdered so far this year(1). They will speak 10 minutes each on: the current political situation in Colombia, the Plan Colombia, FTAA, workers, and the effects of the Plan Colombia on health. They left their families in danger to share their stories, and would be most appreciative if you can make it.
