Why organize around the 9-11 issue?

For the past two years the Bush Administration has used the September 11th terrorist attacks as a pretext for the "War on Terror," stripping away civil liberties at home while waging "endless" war in Central Asia and the Middle East. Constant reminders of the possibility of "further attacks" along with color-coded "terror alerts" in the mainstream media exploit the 9-11 tragedy and frighten the public into accepting a dangerous agenda that threatens our democracy and the peace and security of the world.


The official explanation of September 11th continues to provide the primary rationale for this dangerous and destructive path. It is therefore essential to demand full disclosure from the Bush Administration and expose the truth of what really happened that day. Please support the 9-11 families in this struggle.

We have lobbied U.S. media to begin covering this issue, and we need your help to do more to expand grassroots efforts across the nation. Even a few minutes a week in front of your computer can make a BIG difference. Please spread the word. Urge all you can to sign up at our website and get involved.
