"Kandahar" guest speaker confirmed

We've confirmed our special guest speaker for this
Sunday's (2/10/02) 10:30 am screening of "Kandahar" at
Cinema Sundays at the Charles:

Qayum Karzai, the brother of Afghanistan's interim
leader Hamid Karzai, as well as the owner and operator
of the Afghan restaurant Helmand, as well as the
Charles' next door dinner nook, Tapas Teatro.

Qayum Karzai will offer his own personal insights into
the state of Afghanistan now, as well as during the
period featured in "Kandahar," under the Taliban's rule.
