Approximately 75 Towson students, faculty , staff and alumni gathered in front of the administration building this afternoon to support campus workers. Joined by allies from unions and other area schools, members of the Student Worker Alliance of Towson (SWAT) held a rally and march to present their demands that living wages, health coverage, and protection of the right to organize be provided to all Towson University staff. They also requested a response from the administration by Thursday November 21st. Vice President for Student Affairs Paul Parker accepted the list of demands on behalf of Towson University President Jones.
