Honor and truth
right to free expression and freedom of speech
Honor and truth
By Murdock Todd Cote (Doc)
For two hundred and thirty odd years we have fought wars against those who would silence our right to express our selves in print and media, from Lexington and Concord to the war of 1812 to the American civil war that almost ripped us apart to World War I were we saved the world from the tyranny of the Germans and their allies to World War II were we had to fight not a country by a fanatical religion of so called superman in Europe and to the islands of the pacific fighting the Japanese and to lonely desolate places like Korea, Vietnam, Granada, the embassy rescue in Somalia during the build up to golf War I then the Balkans and as we all saw on that day September 11th which lead us to operation Iraqi freedom and enduring freedom. In blood soak field of Europe to Arlington cemetery are filled with hundreds of thousands of graves of our men who gave their lives for freedom many will never see peace or freedom again for some are at the bottom of both oceans and unmarked graves on Bataan and Corregidor to Guadal canal and Bougainville and in Korea and Vietnam never to be found
Their sacrifice in their blood gave us our right to express ourselves in print and media, to have the right to decide right from wrong to choose our own destiny. A few days ago federal agent of our government seized two server farms which served as what I would call a soap box for those disempowered by the central government to vent their frustrations in print and in media throughout the United States. They say they were acting for a third party well United States military and law enforcement do not act for third party’s or governments they act for the government of the United States and take their orders from that government. Freedom of speech has not been repealed yet, or to express ourselves when we think something is wrong in quiet protest through keyboard and mouse to the word processor or the written and spoken word.
I call on the government to release these servers immediately and to apologize in print and media for the invasion of privacy and for interfering with freedom of speech and to it’s citizens for blocking their right to express themselves when they see wrong and want to make it right
Too many men and women died to give us the right to say no, or yes to anything, what federal law enforcement did was wrong and a violation of the constitution, the bill of rights, the declaration of independence which was written in blood and fire of war to the articles of confederation. Too be blunt we paid for our rights to many times in blood and no law enforcement has the right to take those rights even under the patriot act
