Subject: Where's the other article?
Dear Mr. Dareini,
Today I saw this article of yours:
news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090520/ap_on_re_mi_ea/ml_iran
Your article was titled, "Iran tests missile with range that can hit
Israel."
Have you ever written an article titled, "Israel Has Nuclear Missiles that
can hit Iran"? If not, why would you first write an article about Iran
testing less lethal missles that can hit Israel?
Why was there no reference in your article to Israel's possession of nuclear
arms (which pose a grave threat to Iran)? Wouldn't it be fair to include
that huge piece of relevant information which would allow readers to infer a
rational motive for Iran's conduct? What was your motive for leaving that
relevant material out of your story? Or did it just not occur to you to
mention anything relating to Iran's motive for wanting to defend itself?
