As I remember the first time I took a serious notice of Obama, it was when Oprah Winfrey held a rally for him in South Carolina in one of their largest stadium. All I could see was a "BLACK SEA" noting but black faces, no white. I thought they alone was buying his cry for "Change" based on face value in black face with no substances to his promises in "HOPE".

Later we saw claims of his racist Rev Jeremiah Wright talking trash about America then came is Wife's accusations about America and still more his friendship with Bill William Ayers part of the terrorist group Weatherman Communist-driven splinter faction of Students For a Democratic Society.

All Obama could say about Ayers was a man who participated in the bombings of New York City Police headquarters in the 1970,of the Capitol building in 1971 and the pentagon in 1972. Obama said I was a kid of 9 years old when all of this was going on. Ayers and the Weatherman were responsible for 30 bombings aimed at destroying the defense security infrastructures of the United States.

Ayers with his wife held a meeting at their Chicago home to introduce Barack Hussein Obama to their friends and neighbors for his run to the Illinois Senate. Ayers gave money to Obama's Senate race back in 1996. Ayers said in in 2001 "I feel we didn't do enough." "I don't regret setting bombs." How could Obama loose with friends like Louis Farrakhan and Al Sharpton to make a list of left wing supporters.

Philip J. Berg, a former University of Toledo law student, is suing Sen. Barack Obama, asking questions about the Democratic presidential nominee's citizenship. Berg doesn't believe he was born in the United States and if the Illinois senator is elected, it would cause a crisis within the U.S. Constitution. Obama's campaign contends he was born in Hawaii. Country is Headed to a Constitutional Crisis

(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 10/06/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, announced today that Obama and Democratic National Committee [DNC] filed a Joint Motion for Protective Order to Stay Discovery Pending a Decision on the Motion to Dismiss (which was) filed on 09/24/08.

While legal, Berg stated he is “outraged as this is another attempt to hide the truth from the public; it is obvious that documents do not exist to prove that Obama is qualified to be President.” The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.

Their joint motion indicates a concerted effort to avoid the truth by attempting to delay the judicial process, although legal, by not resolving the issue presented: that is, whether Barack Obama meets the qualifications to be President.

It is obvious that Obama was born in Kenya and does not meet the “qualifications” to be President of the United States pursuant to our United States Constitution. Obama cannot produce a certified copy of his “Vault” [original long version] Birth Certificate from Hawaii because it does not exist.

Attached is Philip J. Berg's Opposition to Defendants, the DNC and Obama's Motion for Protective Order Staying Discovery pending Decision on their Motion to Dismiss. If the Protective Order were granted, discovery could not occur until the standing issue has been resolved and only if it is in favor of the plaintiff.

PLAINTIFF’S RESPONSE IN OPPOSITION TO DEFENDANTS BARACK H. OBAMA AND THE DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL COMMITTEE’S MOTION FOR A PROTECTIVE ORDER STAYING DISCOVERY PENDING DECISION ON DISPOSITVE MOTION

Plaintiff, Philip J. Berg, Esquire [hereinafter “Plaintiff”] files the within Response in Opposition to Defendants, Barack H. Obama [hereinafter “Obama”] and the Democratic National Committee [hereinafter “DNC’] Motion for Protective Order Staying Discovery Pending Decision on Defendants Dispositive Motion on the following grounds:

1. Defendants’ pending Motion to Dismiss does not entitle them to a Protective Order under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(c) [hereinafter F.R.C.P. 26(c];

2. Defendants have failed to show “good cause” and are therefore not entitled to a protective order under F.R.C.P. 26(c);

3. Defendants have not pointed to any legitimate privacy concerns. Defendants have failed to point out any substantiated specific examples demonstrating that disclosure will cause a defined and serious injury;

4. Plaintiff does not seek access to the requested information for any improper purpose;

5. Defendants have not shown any risk that particularly serious embarrassment will result from the requested documents;

6. The requested information is extremely important for public safety; and “Good Cause” requires a particular need for the protection sought;

7. The sharing of information will promote fairness and efficiency so as not to delay this action;

8. Barack Obama, as U.S. Senator of Illinois and the Democratic Nominee for President of the United States, is a public person, and his citizenship status is a matter of significant public concern and is subject to legitimate public scrutiny. The Democratic National Committee is a public entity and is also subject to public scrutiny; and 9. The public interest in access to the requested information under the Freedom of Information Act 5 U.S.C. § 552 is a strong factor in favor of not granting a protective order which would prevent disclosure of such information.

I'm a regular listener to Coast to Coast AM with George Noory and I heard his Co host, Ian Punnett's guest Phil J. Berg speaking about Barack Hussein Obama is not
qualified” to be a candidate for President.

If you notice I use Barack's Muslim name Hussein which Mr.Berg try to prove
on the radio show by his name alone Barack, is Muslism. Ian
said since he didn't use his his Muslim Indonesian step father's name of Soetoro (Berry Soetoro) you could not say he was a Muslim.
In his adult years he dropped Soetoro and he also dropped Hussein to not to sound so Muslim.

In the father's Muslim religion, the father's last name made one Muslim and he hid that fact from
the public. There's one other source to back this claim

Look at his mother Stanley Ann Dunham Obama Soetoro was NOT a conservative girl from Kansas as portrayed in Obama's presidential election;

She lived in Seattle area, spending her teenage years in Seattle coffee shops with other young radical Leftists. Obama claims his mother's family
were conservative Methodists or Baptists from Kansas. His mother's parents were members of a left-wing Unitarian church near
Believe, Seattle.

The church was nicknamed " the little REDchurch',because of its COMMUNIST LEANINGS.

The school Ann attended, Mercer Island High School, was a hot bed of pro-Marxist radical teacher,.John Stenhouse, board member, told the house
Un-American Activities Subcommittee that he had been a member of the Communist Party USA, and this school had a number of Marxists on its staff.

Susan Blake, one of her friends, has stated that she (ANN) never dated " the crew- cut white boys." In Hawaii she met Barack Obama,Sr from Kenya in her Russian language class.

Mr. Berg pointed out the fact that there is no clear cutevidence showing where Mr. Obama was born in the U.S.A. or
in Kenya Africa.

One other point to be made about is Birth Certificate on www.factcheck.org you'll find when you do a search archive to October 2008 type in Obama Birth Certificate make sure you choose all categories then you'll find Born in the U.S.A. article www.factcheck.org/elections-2008/born_in_the_usa.html You 'll see photos of what looks like a Birth Certificate. I don't know why they didn't go find some scanner and just scan the so called Birth Certificate, because the photographs don't do the Certificate justice.

The printing is not clear enough so you can see Obama's mother and father's name on the document. There's a photo of a stamp with an Alvin T. Onaka's signature stamp,The raised seal, Blowup of text, and another photo showing Blowup of certificate number. This website I have to say is own by the Annenberg group the same board in which Bill Ayers and Obama sat on in Chicago. Annenberg give money in support to Obama's election campaign. So need I say more?
