Oct 25th was a tremendous success.
Despite pouring rain, our Speak Out received extensive news coverage from both channel 13 and 45 and nationally on C Span multiplying the impact of our protest and getting out our demands to thousands and thousands of people.

Monday's meeting will take up our local campaign to win emergency measures and what is happening on a national level.

We will have video footage of the struggle in San Diego of the woman who chained herself to her home to stop foreclosure and the work of our sister organization in California--the Labor/Community Coalition to Stop Foreclosures.
