Yesterday, an adolescent in Baltimore posted a video on Youtube of an on-duty Baltimore police officer using excessive force on a skateboarding youth. Officer Rivieri threatens "I'll smack you upside your head". He then puts the youth in a headlock and throws him to the ground. When the youth motions up in protest, the officer pushes him back to the ground.

The ends with the officer asking "Is that camera on? If I find myself on …", possibly delivering another threat to the children.
