SPFPA is presently the certified bargaining agent for 260 security officers working for Walden Security at CDC in Atlanta, GA.


Our Dispute: Walden Security best and final offer is an insult to the 280 plus security professionals protecting various CDC facilities in Atlanta, GA. Walden Security is offering pay and benefits far below what the SPFPA has negotiated for the security professionals working for both Alpha Security and Coastal security officers working at the IRS facility in Atlanta, GA, despite the fact they perform the same services for the U.S. Government in the same area under the same Service Contract Act.
