Mr. Sheahan is the agent for service of process. Jay Updike is the person responsible for the spamming and will sometimes answer the phone. He's an arrogant SOB. This is a pyramid scam or some kind of fraud. He's harvested emails addresses and spams people throughout the world with his garbage promoting his supposed luncheons.
