Such a wealth of counter-arguments within the very Qur'an
In spite of the onslaught of Islam (and the terror it stands for), we should indeed be grateful. No other school of thought (religious or otherwise) provides such ample self-defeating postulates. It is the Qur’an itself that provides most unsustainable stands which remain in sharp opposition with the society’s norms, ethics, let alone the United States Constitution.

Muslims question sources? How about the Holly Qur’an as source in, and of, itself?

Not to be nitpicky and count all the significant inconsistencies, cruelty, lack of humanity, lack of love/forgiveness, charitable mercy we are inundated with threats, given explicit instructions “to lay in wait and slay the infidel, wherever they may be”.

Top of the pops (in my view) is in Surrah 45, verses 26 to 31. They begin substantially in the same manner:
“45:26 – Say: Allah gives you life…
45:27 – And Allah’s is the kingdom of Heaven and Earth…
45:31 – As to those who disbelieved: What! were not my communications recited to you? But you were proud and you were a guilty people.

There isn’t a single code of ethics acceptable (anywhere on Earth) that faults a whole people. From the previous verses it is clear that all the subsequent verses are spoken in the Allah’s name (just like most of the Qur’an is), and the verse 31 concludes ascribing guilt to “people”. It is self-evident, as much as it is UNDISPUTED BY MUSLIMS that the “people” are most commonly people of the book (Jews and Christians). Since people as a noun is rather broad it would include (linguistically speaking) the elderly, the women, the children, the newborn, even the unborn (according to the Pro-Lifers).

There has never been a thought so vile and so inhuman and so incorrect, while at the same time it is providing us with so much evidence of its own falseness and inaccuracy. Muslim’s sources again? What better source than the Qur’an?

Let’s agree to ignore the “minor” points like the command to slay the Jews and Christians, cutting off the hands or feet for various non-exotic infractions and similar dire cruelties.

US Constitution to boot
Another nasty angle of the Sharia Law is that the US Constitution would need to be abolished as it offers:

Freedom of religion - no such provisions in the Qur'an
Freedom of the press - remember the Danish cartoons - again no such provisions in the Qur'an
Freedom of thought, pursuit of happiness - not even in the remotest province of Islam
Freedom to bear arms (excluding the typical Muslim swords)

I am having a real hard time understanding why our government continues to dance around this issue (unless it is the Arab oil), since there isn't a single "American value" that would be sustainable under the Sharia Laws. Who knows, it just could the all that oil, before we develop some degree of self-reliance in the field of energy sources. Within the writings of Dr. Srdja Trifkovic, he just addressed a most unusual turn of events, where a German jugde upheld Sharia Laws clearly against the plaintiff (German woman) who was being beaten by her Muslim husband.

We must be vigilant at all times and not allow this to encroach on our thoughts, grounds, liberties.
