The audit of UGSOA Local 44's 2005 records revealed the following recordkeeping violations: Officer Expenses - Canceled Checks

It has also been reported that UGSOA International President Jim Vissar has FAILED to file their Required LM-2 forms with the Department of Labor which were due on April 1, 2006.
