Baltimore's Greater Grace World Outreach is facing possible new litigation against it by former members.
The Ministry has been the hot seat of allegations since moving to Baltimore in the mid 80's after loosing a 6.5 million case to the retail chain Elizabeth Dovydenas.
Former members have acquired attorneys to represent them in possible litigation concerning sexual misconduct, financial abuses, malpractice and other possible claims against the church.
The church and many of its associated ministries including Maryland Bible College & Seminary and Greater Grace Christian Academy operate out of a rebuilt strip mall off I-895.
Its current leadership is Pastor Thomas Schaller was named Presiding Elder and Overseeing Pastor of Greater Grace World Outreach in Baltimore in April 2005 after several controversial events including news media stories of its founding Pastor Carl H. Stevens Jr. being addicted to pain killers, sexual misconduct, and a cover-up involving his son Paul Stevens.
The Founding Pastor Carl H. Stevens Jr. is believed to be bed ridden and lives in Falston, Maryland. The website mentions that he calls in to speak on the ministry radio program "Grace Hour on occasion.
