PTI ignored is the heading of NEWSWEEK which said "Charisma Is Not Enough" http:// www.msnbc.msn.com/id/16241337/site/newsweek/
It said RAHUL DID'NT earned Degree . However in India RAHUL GANDHI projected himself as Cambridge Graduate MPhil , and filed an affidavit before Election commission . When questioned , REDIFF carried a small article stating that Cambridge university has confirmed in an EMAIL exchange with the REDIFF editor desk .
It clearly says , Rahul gandhi "failed to earn a degree" , "After a year of college in Delhi, he took economic courses both at Cambridge and Harvard, but failed to earn a degree. In 1994 he worked for a financial consultancy called Monitor Group in London, but didn't stick with the job for very long. "
Then the question is WHO IS LYING ... REDIFF which checked with Cambridge and confirmed that he earned MPhil
in.rediff.com/election/2004/apr/20rahul.htm OR NEWSWEEK .
Rahul Gandhi in his affidavit before Election commission said that his qualification is MPhil , without mentioning where he did his Bachelors degree .
