Call for Non-Fiction for Veteran's Anthology
Baltimore's Three Conditions Press has won a grant to assemble an anthology of writing from Iraq war veterans and their family members. Please submit or pass this information on.
Three Conditions Press is collecting stories, real-life accounts, poems, and other literary work from Iraq war veterans and also from their family members. Submissions can be mailed to the address below.
Three Conditions Press is run by Maryland State Poetry and Literary Society (MSPLS) vice-president and Baltimore poet Rosemary Klein. The book project has received funding from the Maryland Arts Council. Gold Star Families for Peace mother and activist Tia Steele also is involved.
There is no point of view favored for this anthology, except honesty. For first time writers, editors are more than willing to help if asked.
Submissions are best sent before Jan. 1, 2007. Include a cover letter with contact information and a 1-4 sentence bio.
