I went thru a "Constructive Dismissal " issue At Harper Detroit Diesel in Toronto.
I believe this technology was used.
I almost died and was off work for close to a year.

is an international day of awareness and remembrance for victims of non-lethal weapons, electronic harassment and cause-stalking.  At 11 a.m. EST/8 a.m. PST there will be an international conference call that will include victims from all over the world, including noted biophysicist Robert Duncan and author Gloria Naylor (The Women of Brewster Place).

The Victims

Who are these victims?  

They are your neighbors, your friends, your family members.  They are whistleblowers targeted by corporations; activists targeted by opposing groups; defendants targeted by plaintiffs; plaintiffs targeted by defendants; children targeted by pedophiles; homosexuals targeted by religious groups; political dissidents targeted by governments.  Some have family members in the military.  Some are former members of the military.  The issue is bi-partisan, non-denominational, and much more wide-ranging than the typical Americans level of ignorance would indicate.

Remote Electronic Torture¡?

Victims of remote electronic torture are targeted by non-lethal weapons in a myriad of ways, often in a two-pronged attack.  The symptoms of a non-lethal weapon attack include headache; dizziness; chest pains; breathing problems; sleep attacks or sleep disturbance; difficulty concentrating; a buzzing or clicking in the head; tinitus; peripheral neuropathy, including sensory polyneuropathy (burning sensation or tingling in the limbs), autonomic neuropathy (pain in internal organs), and motor neuropathy (cramps, muscle spasms) The symptoms of prolonged exposure are worse.

Organized Stalking

Organized Stalking, sometimes called gang stalking, includes repetitious harassment from multiple stalkers who vandalize victims homes, harass them on the job and often involve them in a play of sorts called gas lighting.
Every aspect of a person s life is invaded and violated until the victim feels hopelessly isolated.

Last month, the Secretary of the Air Force, Michael Wynne, spoke about the use of non-lethal weapons against Americans (for the purposes of crowd control).  These systems, developed by defense contractors, were at some point acquired illegally by private individuals and are currently being used to engage in a wide variety of criminal activities.  Over the years they have gone under many names (some more science-fictional than others), including but not limited to: directed energy weapons, electromagnetic systems, psychotronics and, most currently, electronic harassment.  They were, in fact, mentioned in the 2001 Space Preservation Act, as weapons ?directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control (the Act language) of such persons or populations.

Lethal Bullying¡?

These victims suffer day in and day out.  They often believe they know who their attacker is but cannot take legal action because the crime is not acknowledged as such and because their ordeal is often grossly misunderstood.  A handful of victims have been declared mentally ill and have wound up in mental healthcare facilities, where the attacks have continued unabated.  Some have blamed the wrong people.  Others, not understanding what was happening to them, blamed the attacks on far-fetched conspiracy theories.  But it is much simpler than that; there is no mental or physical disease that carries the full list of symptoms that these victims suffer.  Not one.  Targeted individuals include author Gloria Naylor (The Women of Brewster Place), Dorothy Lay (of the Lay Foundation) and biophysicist Robert Duncan, PhD.  The psychologist Carole Smith has publicly recognized the ability of these weapons to mimic a mental illness.  If these weapons were ever classified, they are no longer: too many people--and too many innocent Americans--have suffered and died from their terrible effects.

FreedomFCHS represents victims of electronic (non-lethal weapons) harassment and organized stalking.  We believe that the voices of these victims need to be heard and that the use of these systems and covert operations should be exposed and made illegal.  We believe that law enforcement, the justice department, and Congress need to investigate these phenomena further and enact and enforce laws against them.

Mobbing in the Workplace: Has This Happened to You? - by Susan Dunn

Mobbing in the workplace has long been studied in Europe. Just look it up on a search engine. Described in "Mobbing: Emotional Abuse in the American Workplace", published by Davenport, Elliott, and Schwartz in 1999, mobbing is about collective assault in the corner office, in cubbies, on the assembly line, or in the board room.

It is an insidious form of psychological abuse conducted through innuendo, intimidation, harassment, badgering, humiliation, degradation and rumor. As a personal and professional coach, I listen to clients all the time who have been through this or seen it happen, and together we struggled for words to describe it. This book gives us the words and is the beginning. "Until evil is named," writes Daniel Maguire,e professor of ethics at Marquette University and author of "Ethics for a Small Planet," it cannot be addressed.

I was pleased to read that it's a tort. It should be. I was also pleased to read that, should the 'mobbed' individual need therapy, it is to be considered an injury, not an illness. This book is a serious call to action to decent human beings -- be they managers, CEOs, or employees; and describes a syndrome coaches, counselors, trainers and therapists need to recognize. If you have been the victim of mobbing, and are still suffering the consequences, please get help.

A mob is one of the most vicious subcultures in any society. Powerfully described in the classic, "The Ox Bow Incident," we understand that a mob behaves in a way no individual human would. "Single-focused, whipped to a frenzy by a puffed-up martinet and unfettered by normal restraints of morality," writes book reviewer Mary Bradley, "the mob is merciless in its assault." In the worst-case scenario we have a lynching or a holocaust.

Did you not know immediately what this term "mobbing" meant as applied to the work world? "People are aware of it, but they never had a name for it," says Elliott. "When we speak to people, they know immediately what we are talking about."

Study after study in psychology proves that people draw a perverse strength from the group and will do in a group what they would never do alone. Normal moral behavior, common decency, if you will, is discarded by the same sort of mentality that produces a gang rape. The new manager whose reports decide to drive him out ... the competent but beautiful new receptionist who's pulled down by jealous co-workers ... the manager who becomes threatened by the talents of a report ... Done by peers, subordinates and/or superiors, the goal is to force someone out using gossip, ostracism, intimidation, discreditation, humiliation, and just plain meanness.

The blame is projected on the victim, who, 'gas lighted,' becomes confused, has trouble perceiving correctly (that people could really do this), and accepts that he or she is incompetent, to blame, etc.

Dr. Heinz Leymann, German industrial psychologist, is credited for identifying the syndrome in Europe, Japan and Australia where he studied it for nearly 20 years. He lived in Sweden and estimated that 15% of the suicides in Sweden were the result of mobbing in the workplace. It is cruelty in the extreme, a group bullying process that can go or weeks, months, even years, until the job is done. When interviewed, mobbers often claim they didn't know they were harming anyone.

Mobbing is a particularly insidious form of emotional abuse, and the impact on the individual can be devastating. The authors cite cases of individuals unable ever to return to work after mobbing. In addition,mobbing is a serious behavioral risk-management issue for organizations. It destroys morale, erodes trust, cripples initiative, and results in dysfunction, absenteeism, resignations, guilt, anxiety, paranoia, negativity, and marginal production. Key players leave and the effects are long-lasting.

Mobbing is a "widespread, vicious, workplace tort [civil wrongs recognized by law as grounds for a lawsuit--and in this case an intentional tort]," says Scott H. Peters, Esq. of The Peters Law Firm. P.C., Iowa (quoted in the article "Did You Hear of Mobbing?" by Elliott. It is difficult to stop once it gets going, but managers can learn to recognize the patterns.

In the book the authors even cite cases where HR managers were 'ordered' by superior 'mobbers' to support a mobbing process.

In personal correspondence with Ms. Elliott, she told me that people often come up to her after her talks and say, "This will never happen again on my watch," which is heartening. Emotional intelligence (EI) and awareness in the work place are one of the antidotes to mobbing.

Mass Launcher The Mass Launcher fires a 4-ounce projectile to a velocity capable of splitting a 1 x 2” pine board on impact.

A lighter projectile can be fired at considerably higher velocity. Device uses stored electrical energy accumulated on a capacitor bank and switched into the accelerator coil by a special three terminal triggered spark switch. The accelerator coil induces a very high amperage current in the projectile that now sets up its own magnetic field that opposes that in the coil causing a repulsive moment of accelerative force on the projectile.

The Mass Launcher uses a flat spiral coil arranged with a vertical flyway and wooden support base. The projectile used is on the heavy side weighing in at over 4 ounces. Magnetic Cannon

The magnetic cannon is an electrokinetic device using a conditioned pulse of magnetic energy to propel a 2 oz. (250 grams) object to a high velocity. System as shown is battery powered and uses some of our latest technology in energy charging and switching. This is an excellent advanced science project demonstrating several important electric and magnetic reactions.

Unit is built in a 16 x 16” doubled partitioned base that houses the energy storage and current source on the bottom section. The actual cannon is mounted on a adjustable trunnion type mount that is securely bolted to the top section along with the rechargeable batteries. Plasma Thermal Gun

The PPRO1 Plasma Thermal Gun utilizes the electrothermal energy obtained from vaporizing a metallic material, creating a pressure wave of sufficient magnitude to cause a projectile to accelerate to ballistic velocities.

The system shown on our data is a relatively low velocity device within the building capability of most hobbyists. The project may be scaled up for serious research with an obvious increase in high voltage handling and ballistic hazards. Construction requires our HEP90 working high-energy pulser as described. It is shown using a 96Mfd/4.5Kv Capacitor Bank . These values may be altered within limits to allow the use of available capacitors that you may have on hand.

An energy-storage capacitor is charged from a programmable, controlled current source to a selected high voltage.
