Cuban artists, each of them from their different artistic modality, provided an extraordinary sample of the prolific cultural development reached by the island, since the Christianity of Amaury Perez or Coco Freeman to the African inheritance of Adalberto Alvarez.
Some days ago, the leader of the Revolution issued a proclamation that has deeply moved the entire world. Cuban Artists, part of that Revolution’s vanguard and ambassadors of the social awareness boosting the revolutionary cause, launched a clear message to the world: they love and need Fidel and wish his quick recovery.
The soiree was beyond formalities to become a tribune from which artists in representation of the entire people went over their history to ratify their support to the Commander-in-Chief.
A large crowd of stage arts and music representatives joined their talent and commitment to pay homage to a leader that stands victorious, this time to celebrate his 80th anniversary and await new challenges for sure.
