3rd Political Parties: Unite Constitutionally! Or Be Damned!

The 3rd parties, leadership, members and non affiliated citizens, must heed the words of Thomas Jefferson, "...to promote harmony and conciliation, and above all things to let the love of our country soar above all minor passions,...."

The three most likely to be Constitutionally compatible and largest 3rd parties, the Libertarian, Green and Reform Parties all have their conventions set for July of this year. Their speakers are likely set, as well as their individual agendas. Despite significant cooperation between the Libertarian presidential candidate, Badnarik, and the Green presidential candidate, Cobb, in the end game of 2004 election . Enough cooperation to land them both in jail for daring to try and take their rightful places in a presidential debate. Despite needless duplication of minimal precious resources; money, members, media and the simple, basic perception that the party is significant enough to make a difference. Despite surveys which show 53% of citizens that claim they want a new major 3rd party.

Coincidentally, if you add the number of votes all the 3rd parties received in the 2004 election, 1 million, and the number of eligible voters that simply refuse to vote for either of the elitist parties, 50 million, the total is right at 53% . Despite ever increasing restrictions on 3rd parties even being allowed on the ballot by the two (1) parties in power, the elitists. Despite not qualifying for the ballot in all 50 states. Despite consistent national failure at electing their candidate or even being close enough to make a corporate press release regarding the number of votes received in the election. All have only touted their individual parties for their conventions. None are actively promoting unity as a main, major or even a minor theme prior to their conventions.

Calls and emails sent to most of the national 3rd parties regarding even a discussion of unity go unanswered (Reform Party), or are met with such resistance they will not even entertain the idea of the discussion (Green Party), and the Libertarian Party (LP) which garnered 48 presidential state ballots, but only the second highest total votes of the 3rd parties in 2004. They have not pressed the issue either, at least not yet. While the lack of active promotion of unity was very disappointing, the Libertarian leadership does deserve some credit regarding unity. Hopefully, we have enough time for change and unity in 2008, if not, it appears we will be doomed to our Mexican brother's and sister's fate for return of their rights and liberties in their oppressive nation. It is a route paved in blood, theirs and ours, if we do not get some governmental change. In 2004, candidate Badnarik, when pressed upon the issue of unity with other parties whose platform contained Constitutionally acceptable values, was receptive.

This year, the LP has promoted from within, previous presidential campaign manager for Aaron Russo (vid) and fellow author at The Price of Liberty, a unique and innovative patriot, Mr. Stephen Gordon to well deserved Media Coordinator. About 2 hours after being offered and accepting the position, Mr. Gordon was on the phone regarding an email sent to the Libertarian Party requesting information and a pleading for unity. Mr. Gordon gave me the lead on the State of Maryland's Senatorial Candidate Mr. Kevin Zeese, from which this portion of that article had to be cut, as the State of Maryland "new" unity party has it's act together and did not deserve to be held back by the national parties.

Mr. Gordon made sure to volunteer this quote: "What I'd like to see is a national meeting of third parties and related organizations for the purpose of opening up lines of communication and determining how we can all more effectively work together." But, the state of affairs of this country presently require active pursuit of unity, not passive "like to see".

What are 3rd Parties waiting on? Reality/Fact Check: Hello! The World Trade Centers were demolished (video ev), pulled ,and planned (vid. ev.), as it takes weeks to "rig" the explosives needed to "pull" a massive structure. Thermate residue has been found in WTC remains. Detonation charges going off in the building can be seen clearly. NORAD, while not "officially" told to stand down, was told there would be an "exercise" or drill of planes flying into buildings and even sent to far locations, just in case. The 2000 and 2004 elections were stolen. The voting machines are still being used in some states. Every American is being spied on through telephone calls and internet usage. The largest database in the history of the world is being created and you better damn well believe this article and every internet address (IP) reading it is in the data.
We have more people in prison now than in the history of the world. Political parties for reform are watched as "terrorists". We are at war based on planned, fabricated by torture, lies (Frontline vid). They are trying to go to another war based on lies. The people have had no free press for years. Our dictator decides what laws he thinks he should follow and lies about it. We are torturing people, some of them innocent. Congress, the tyrant's allies voted in the Patriot Act, unseen?, then voted it in again, seen? It is a crime to "whistleblow". It is a crime to report the facts. It is a crime to be a father and sometimes a mother once divorced, unless those God given rights are bestowed upon you by the neo-cons fascist courts and laws. In any type of gender dispute involving even just an accusation, the male is guilty until proven innocent - as though it is possible to prove innocence.

They have taxed us until everyone in the family must work to do anything other than survive, by using unconstitutional lies and fraud. Billions and trillions of dollars of our children's credit are passed out in government fraud, deception, graft, waste and war. The generals have been leaving and are frightened by what they see. Even the fiends at the CIA can't believe what is happening. How bad does it have to be that these perverters of rights, whose job it is to overthrow other governments, are alarmed. Yes, even they are starting to talk to what little press we have left. Our elitist Congress votes themselves raises, ignores millions of citizens, assists in the destruction of our Constitutional rights and stands with treasonous, tyrant traitors by failing to impeach. They have seen what we have seen and more, way more. Our legislative "representatives of the people" are part of it.

New Orleans, Louisiana: Reality/Fact Check: Hello! New Orleans is and has been under martial law (emergency order) for 10 months. National Guard troops roll into New Orleans. (Again). For these "rampant murders" in NOLA per the neo-cons and their corporate puppets, when the truth is 53 murders this year, while crime is down according to the neo-cons, 265 murders in 2004, 421 murders in 94, (the truth is theft is WAY UP, per post Katrina looting after the "army" ripped the front door off every house in NOLA) and murder is down). Currently 1/5th the murders of 2004, 1/8 the 1994 murder rate, with ½ the year left, yet all of a sudden, we need the army to come back in. Army patrolling the borders. Look for more and more 'reasons" for "the army" to have to come into cities and states. Already under martial law (emergency order) here, still, how much longer will we stay under it? Now there are troops on the streets again. I and many others were taken out of their homes at gunpoint, shipped across the country like cattle with no known destination. Every home, house, and business was broken into and searched without the need for those "pesky warrants" So let me say again:

What Are You Waiting On? America needs you now. The Constitution needs you now. Our rights and liberties as free men, women and children of God/nature and evolution need you now.

Even a two party Constitutionally compatible unity would make news overseas, our only source of real news for the most part. Let me say "in the view from New Orleans" one wonders if there is going to be a 2008 election, even a corrupt one, let alone a verified true election process. The 3rd parties and affiliates need to unite now. Or, they and we will be damned to tyranny.

It's just not the larger parties, all the parties that can unite under the constitution need to realize, that it is desperately needed now. It's just not the political organizations, like independents, American (tried to unite in 2004), We The People, etc., that need to focus and unite. The larger specialty groups like Veterans Organizations, Seniors Organizations, etc. that are treated like meat to be processed through the grinder, before and after their usefulness was done, need to remember that the reason they fought/worked was to save the rights and liberties of The People of America and their children. Instead, they dig for scraps of which they fought, from the tables of lying tyrants eating our peoples rightly deserved sustenance. There will not be rights for individuals, groups or segments until there are rights for all.

What is a "minor passion"? There will be many minor passions to overcome and there will be many statements that this is no minor passion, this is a major issue and a "deal breaker". The prime example of a "deal breaker" turned "minor passion" was legalized slavery during the formation of the US. Seems like there has always been some in the government that are more than willing to enslave some of us for profit; others in government to allow it based on fear and preservation, as long as it's not them being enslaved, and a rare few demanding our liberty and rights as free men, women and children of God, evolution and nature. The only "deal breaker" issues should be those that infringe upon our rights and liberties as granted by the "historical background" interpretation of the Constitution which includes our rights inherent as free men, women and children.
One is not required to have the wisdom and patriotism of the founders, for they gave us the Constitution to assist, guide and inform. The Constitution was all they could do. The Constitution was the most empowering document the founders could muster in their best effort from the best minds of the time, perhaps in all time, regarding liberty and government. It has been called, generation upon generation throughout the world, the gold standard of rights and freedom for the people and their protection from the government. Yet, our current government of neo-cons, media and even some individuals call it outdated, irrelevant to current times, "a living constitution", and various other false interpretations and claims, and now swear their oaths of office to this bastardized constitution.

There is only one true interpretation of the Constitution, the historical background interpretation. The founders also made sure to leave hundreds upon hundreds of quotes and documents that readily show the intent of the text. Indeed, even the mention of constitution by the two (1) unopposed party elitist rulers, is seldom used unless it can be twisted to protect their illegitimate power.

This article, while containing vital specific information for national, state and local parties, their members and citizens, is worth reading. However, if you are looking for "the secret of unity", it is all in the first sentence. This so simple, yet so difficult unity is based on the principle that each individual, organization, party and party member must put aside their stringent and biased individual agendas and decide to make the general welfare of this country, the general welfare of the people and the God-given rights of the people the only priority. Until this concept is accepted, cherished, embraced and heralded, one can read the specifics of this article, the specifics of a thousand articles, God, of all the deities, may descend and personally place "the secret" in your hands and still "the secret" of unity will be lost to you and this country's righteous heritage is lost to all.
