It is hard to be precise when you deal with sociology since its very core subject is a human being’s mind which often holds secrets even from its own self – so much harder for applied sociology to examine:

1. A single human (must contain factors of gender, age, maturity, hormonal balance/disbalance, adrenalin in/outflow, serotonin, melatonin levels, education, true intent, direct/indirect motivation etc.), etc. etc. or;
2. A society (a group of humans) collective pressures, overall state of economy (poverty, wealth ratios), natural disaster likelihoods (earthquakes, floods) state of affairs (at war, at peace), ethnic rivalries, religious tensions, propaganda influence, outside threats, inner structure, stability of government, etc. etc.

In both cases we have an extremely hard task to determine the real ethical value standards for the people that surround us. I am only too relieved that the Bible advises us “not to judge” – it must be a terribly difficult task for any human to engage in such an activity.

Let’s get some terminology out of the way in lieu of definitions:
SOCIOLOGY: is the study of the social lives of humans, groups, and societies, sometimes defined as the study of social interactions. It is a relatively new academic discipline that evolved in the early 19th century. It concerns itself with the social rules and processes that bind and separate people not only as individuals, but as members of associations, groups, and institutions….

TREASON: This word imports a betraying, treachery, or breach of allegiance.

The Constitution of the United States, Art. III, defines treason against the United States to consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid or comfort. This offence is punished with death. By the same article of the Constitution, no person shall be convicted of treason, unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court….


In spite of the above wisdom we sometimes have to pass judgment based on what we perceive to be a real serious threat. Here is an elementary school example from the TV show “West Wing” written by Aron Sorkin – whom I admire as a writer, but the following scene must have been simply ordered from “above”.

A recent episode has one of the lead characters in a Washington DC elementary school being asked challenging questions on Islam: To stay in line with the current politics he answers in a riddle:

The Taliban/Fundamentalists to Islam are same as __(blank)___ to Christianity.

Since nobody answered he takes a chalk and writes KKK in the blank space. This concludes with Islam being a religion of peace. Can there be a more perfect example how the propaganda war is waged against all free thinking Americans?

That is TREASON on many accounts.

KKK discriminates only on account of color or creed but chiefly maintains white supremacy – which is (if left alone) is NOT CRIMINAL. Why shouldn’t the Michael Jordans and Magic Johnsons feel superiority if their results attest to it? Taking of the human life from the other groups makes it a crime.

Not so with Islam:

Islam often takes life among Islamists, let alone the entire Surra 9 which commands the faithful to lay an ambush and slay the infidel people of the book (Christians and Jews).

We have yet to come to the fact that Islam is an enemy of all other faiths even by their own definition: The world is divided in Dar al Islam (land of justice/enlightment/submission to Allah) and Dar al Harb (land of war/infidels/future Muslims)

This fictional cabinet member has verbalized the official lie that many anti-American interests would want us to buy into. It is an outright lie that Islam is a religion of peace. Once you take the veil of submission, subjugation and deceit you see an over hostility aimed not only at Christians and Jews but at the United States directly.

Is there ever one person born who thinks USA should apologize to Bin Laden and beg for cease fire?

The size of this paradox is mind-boggling. Yes, in public our politicians must toe the line and not needlessly insult all of Islamist countries some of which are our temporary allies, but to be outright blind, stupid and treasonous is not acceptable. It is from a small kernel of seed that mighty oaks grow.
