A lady in central United States writes,

“Our lives are in ruins and I have repeatedly screamed both in my mind and out that I cannot physically take any more. I am on the verge of never making it through this hell that they are putting us through. I have been going through this for years, seen it get worse and worse and I can not "fight" anymore.
I am begging and praying that anyone that can help will. I have pleaded in my mind and out for Help. I have used every sort of communication possible to ask for help. “
