The Calvert County man charged with forcing his way into his ex-girlfriend's house and murdering her on New Year's Eve has been captured.
Police apprehended Graham Buckmaster in the Cumberland Gap National Park, near the borders of Kentucky and Tennessee on Tuesday.

Buckmaster will now be brought back to Calvert County to face murder charges.
Earlier Tuesday, the sheriff's office said Buckmaster had been in touch with family and friends in the past day.
Buckmaster allegedly ignored a court order to stay away from ex-girlfriend Lisa Moore, and forced his way into her Cheaspeake Beach home before shooting her.
