Twenty activists protested the 'war against terrorism' proclaiming that the US government should "Build bridges. Not bomb them." Banners were dropped on the 28th Street Bridge to greet JFX commuters. The action was a Memorial Day action organized by the Baltimore Peace Action Network. During rush hour, many commuters honked in solidarity responding to the bridge action.
