Today during the monthly Critical Mass ride a cyclist was hit to the ground by an angered motorist sending the cyclist to the hospital. The incident took place as the ride was moving down Pratt street next to ESPN Zone. The cyclist was sent to the ground by an SUV after the angered motorist rev'd the vehicle several times. Other cyclists soon came to the fallen mans aid after he did not show any signs of getting to his feet. Several riders then called for emergency services and were put on hold. After being put through, emergency vehicles came and the cyclist was taken to General Hospital.
