The Baltimore Free Store takes donated and salvaged items and provides them to people for free. We target no to low income individuals but do not require one be low income to take items. We take donations at one of our two garage locations and do rotating set ups in neighborhoods throughout the city. We have a goal of one set up every other week. Saturday September 3rd - Noon to 4:00pm
We will be setting up at the green space located near 22nd and Calvert Streets. **Please note - this set up is weather permitting - Rain date will be Sunday September 4th.**
Saturday September 17th - Noon to 4:00pm
We will be setting up at the Collington Square Recreation Center. - 1400 block of North Patterson Park Ave.

Saturday August 27 – 11:30 am to 3:00pm
Help accept and sort donations at our garage. We take donations every Saturday from Noon to 3pm at our garage located down the alley next to 3221 North Calvert Street.



Saturday August 27 – 1:00pm to ???
Are you handy with tools? Help us build shelves for our garages. We need shelves built to help us better organize. We will have wood on hand, some tools, and other supplies. Bring what you can including tools, wood, etc. We will be starting around 1:00pm and going until we run out of steam.



Saturday September 3 – 8:00am to 5:00pm **SET UP**
We will be setting up at the park located at 22nd and Calvert Streets. This will be an outdoor set up, which means the set up is weather permitting. (8am to Noon) We need help transporting items from our garage to the location, setting up – organizing, sorting, making it look presentable, etc. (Noon to 4pm) We need help staffing during the day – having people sign out what items they take (brief description) and collect comments and thoughts. (3:45pm to 5:00pm) We need people help cleaning up, organizing left over items, and transporting items back to our garage. **Rain Date is Sunday September 4th, same time and place.

Tuesday September 13 – 7:00pm to 8:30pm
Public meeting. This is an open to the public meeting to discuss our past, present, and future. Bring your ideas and suggestions, meet the collective members, and get further involved. Meet at Red Emmas, 800 St. Paul Street. Please call 410-340-9004 if you plan on attending so we know to look out for you. Many times we go elsewhere to have the actual meeting.

Help us grow/help spread the word!! Pass out flyers requesting donations, get in touch with us for a flyer or make one of your own. Look for places to set up. Look for possible permanent locations. Be a donation collection point in your neighborhood.
