I received an eye-witness report from Ohio who claims that the youngstown air base is being stocked. In the past I have witnessed new fences being erected there, which fit the concentration camp design of holding people in rather then keeping them out. Prior to that it seemed to me that the base was allowed to fall into disrepair, but it seems there is a new purpose for the facility.
