BALTIMORE - 30 protestors were arrested for blocking a vehicle exit to the Motz Federal Building around 11:00 this morning. Protestors spent two hours attempting to convey a letter to U.S. District Court Chief Judge J. Frederick Motz, whose office is located in the building. The letter asked Motz to conisder an injunction to stop the war because it violates Article VI of the U.S. Constitution and Article 51 of the UN Charter. Baltimore City Police blocked protestors' attempts to enter the building until protestors changed tactics and lay down across an exit from the building.
