HLS in completely dependent on having other customers. The customers, like Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS), pay HLS to test products and carry out reach. If HLS were to lose all of their customers then HLS would have no way of making in income and would be forced to close down. BMS is one of the largest customers of HLS and has been for years.
