A conference honoring "Monthly Review" editor Hary Magdoff was held in Burlington, Vermont in May 2003. This is the contribution of Barbara Epstein, author of "Cultural Politcs & Social Movements." Epstein argues that the antiwar movement needs to link with the antiglobalization movement which itself needs to link its labor and environmental bases.
