President John Hancock declared, “The Continental Congress is recalled from its 227-years recess for this ‘Extraordinary Session.’ America’s existence is threatened, as it was in 1776, with an emerging menace. Today’s foe is the ‘New World Order.’” Ben Franklin added,“I feel that our national situation is perilous, more so then when we first took on the imperialistic King George III. At least, then, the people were awake to the danger. Today, they are mostly asleep!" President Hancock concluded, “America is resolved to restore the Republic and crush the New World Order.”
