February 1 more than a thousand of the U.S.'s top military and government leaders will gather in a secretive tribal rite called the 103rd Annual Wallow of the Military Order of the Carabao. In the past, guests have included Secretary of State Colin Powell, General Richard Myers, current chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and James Schlesinger, the Nixon-era CIA director and Secretary of Defense.
