United Airlines, with 81,000 employees, requested a $1.8 billion loan guarantee in order to avoid bankruptcy. The Bush-Cheney gang said "no." Israel, which never gets turned down for its loan quarantees from Uncle Sam, is seeking $10 billion. It doesn't have to pay back its loans either. Why the double standard?
